Equipment Introduction

Used for a well-known turbocharger manufacturer to conduct plug pressing, airtightness detection, thread visual detection and laser marking of turbocharger intermediates. The production process is fully automated, and the data of each station can be traced. It is suitable for automatic assembly of related components in the automotive industry.

Process Flow

1.Press-fitting of intermediates plug;

2.The robotic arm takes and places parts for airtightness detection of waterway chamber;

3.The robotic arm takes and places parts for airtightness detection of oilway chamber;

4.The robotic arm takes and places parts for thread detection and laser marking;

5.After the thread visual detection is qualified and the code reading is successful, the robotic arm automatically unloads;
