Used for a well-known automobile water pump manufacturer, using servo press as pressure source to ensure the assembly accuracy of gears and shafts in the water pump, monitor the entire pressing process, and achieve precise quality control

Process Flow

1.Manually confirm the parts that need to be pressed and load them into the corresponding pressing mold frame

2.Manually place workpieces that need to be pressed

3.Start the equipment for pressing

4.Press and monitor according to the set pressing program

5.If the pressing is qualified, the material is manually unloaded. If it is not qualified, the equipment will alarm
