Process Flow

1.Manually place the main spring of the shock-absorbing washer into the buffer production line

2.OP10: The vibration plate automatically feeds, and the robotic arm grabs the lower washer into the fixture

3.OP20: Automatic loading position for main spring

4.OP30: The vibration plate automatically feeds, and the robotic arm grabs the upper washer onto the main spring

5.OP40: Micro automatic oil injection into the inner hole of the main spring

6.OP50: Enlarge the inner hole of the main spring to fix the upper and lower washers

7.OP80: Washer height detection, unloading
