Equipment Introduction

The equipment is designed to achieve the automatic assembly of door check assemblies such as F57, F01, and H77, as well as the automatic inspection of key special characteristics (including rotational torque, tightening torque, and riveting height). It also has the capacity to expand for new products in the future. The assembly line features automated control functions, automatically monitoring operation time, product models, product quantity, process parameters, and key quality indicators. The HMI has functions such as automatic-manual switching, fault alarm, operation authority, and emergency stop.


Process Flow

1. Manual pre-assembly of the door check arm and the casing. The equipment checks for errors in the door check arm and the casing.

2. Oil injection for the casing and the door check arm. The quantitative valve controls the amount of grease injected. The grease injection mechanism is equipped and should have the functions of heating and heat preservation.

3. Assembly and pressing of the slide block and the spring. The displacement sensor and pressure sensor for the presence or absence of the slide block and spring, missing assembly of the spring, and error-proof for long and short springs.

4. Pressing of the retaining plate. Automatic loading of the retaining plate and detection of the retaining plate's position.

5. Assembly of the bracket and the pin. Loading of the bracket and the pin, and error-proof and missing- proof detection for the bracket and the pin.

6. Pressing and riveting of the pin. The force, displacement, and time can be adjusted and set. Use a spin riveting machine (with a controller). The riveting fixture and the riveting head can be replaced quickly.

7. Torque detection. Torque test data needs to be saved for one year. The torque sensor has torque, angle and time control.

8. Product marking. Laser marking of the product identification, and the marking date can be updated automatically.

9. Automatic oil coating on the riveting surface and the laser-marked surface. The quantitative valve monitors the amount of grease injected.

10. Assembly of the dust cover. Error-proof for the assembly direction and type of the dust cover.

11. Assembly inspection & packaging.
